The legal basis of processing

If you suspect or have knowledge of corruption, irregularities or misconduct within the Finland Myanmar Society Ry's activities, we ask you to report it to us. These can be, for example, bribery, fraud, embezzlement, conflicts of interest, nepotism, discrimination, sexual abuse, exploitation and sexual or other harassment.

We accept reports that apply to the Finland Myanmar Society Ry's staff as well as partners, subcontractors and others who have activities linked to the Finland Myanmar Society Ry.

Submissions received are received by the chairman of the Finland Myanmar Society Ry and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. None of the Finland Myanmar Society Ry's employees handle reports. All credible reports are investigated in cases where there is a basis for investigation.

REPORT SUSPECTED CORRUPTION

These could be cases of bribery, fraud, embezzlement, conflicts of interest, nepotism, discrimination, sexual abuse, exploitation, and sexual or other forms of harassment.

We accept reports that concern staff members of the Finland Myanmar Society Ry as well as partners, subcontractors and others who have activities linked to the Finland Myanmar Society Ry.

Reports received are handled by the chairperson of the board of the Finland Myanmar Society Ry and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Employees of the Finland Myanmar Society Ry do not handle reports of suspected corruption. All credible reports are investigated where there is a basis for investigation.
